Part of me wants to hope the end of the new TftS might be implying SE might finally start letting smooch NPCs of our choice but I also know that won’t happen. Even if SE heavily implies they wanna bonk us.

I don’t really understand why SE thought a mobile version of what is basically a dead MMO that’s for the ceased development is a good.I’d think it’d be a smarter idea to remake it as a single-player experience with minimal p2p multiplayer would be a smarter idea.

Well, it’s not even a port. It’s a remake in essence because it’s using a new engine just with all the same story/quest aspects and probably some terrible gacha system.
Also, afaik, They’re planning on put all the expacs onto it eventually.And most likely if it does well will make new expacs to milk it more.
