No you see. Rate up is completely accurate but people always forget the desire sensor check. That shit’s as complicated as the algorithm used to determine if you caught a Pokemon or not.

They do legally have to publish the drop rates in Japan & China (and probably Korea). Though, it wasn’t until recently they actually have to give the % on your chance of getting an item that’s rated up or not.
