Just a heads up that your daily 10-draws do reset daily. So, you NEED to use them before reset (5 am JST).

So, adventures in trying to replace my debit card.

Two 1-hr round trip walks to the bank to be told I don’t have enough ID to get a replacement card.

Trying to call in to be told I need to enter a passcode I’m pretty sure I never got.

Trying to call in to get a passcode for it to not work and to have to call in again.

Today is not my day. Went to get a replacement for my bankcard:

Round #1 Told I needed AN ID to get it. Go get health card.

Round #2 Told I needed TWO VALID IDs and one needed to be a valid picture ID (or my SIN card but that’s lost).
