If you think that is weird, think of all the riders that aren’t riding anything.

There aren’t as many Riders that aren’t riding anything as there are archers that don’t do any archery. Some of them might not be the best represented but they all do have mounts.

If you like bows so much, check out Monster Hunter. They got Bows the size of a person and arrows as big as saplings!

I like crossbows and bows mostly equally. I’m slightly biased towards crossbows because that’s what I used primarily in Mabinogi when I played it.

Ballistas are just ~~monster hunter weapons~~ giant bows so they’re good shit too.

‘the archer class really is made up of archers’ Not

I just counted all the archer servants that use bows in F/GO vs. ones that don’t and it’s like 6-8 to 24.

And the reason for the 6-8 range is because some of them only use bows occasionally (Emiya and Inferno Archer).

also since I've got you here and you are also bowfolk, what is your stance on trick arrows? do you have a favorite?

Trick Arrows are cool. I like magic arrows/bow mages (gonna assume they fall under the same category for this).

As far as a specific character that uses trick arrows; I only know of green arrow and I don’t really follow comic book stuff so I’m pretty indifferent to him but the concept is neat af.

When me and a friend were planning a game that was never meant to be a bow mage was one of the classes I had come up with.
