I'm curious to know, has being asexual affected your relationship? I ask this because I've had talks with my partner about it and I'm wondering how it affected yours (if at all)
AnonymousI told my boyfriend before we started dating that I wouldn’t ever have sex with him but that I would be open to him having sexual relationships with others (as long as he told me) because I ain’t cruel; I’m not gonna force him into a life of abstinence just because I am asexual.
He didn’t mind the no sex thing but did get offended by the “open relationship” thing.
It’s be 3, almost 4, years and asides from jokes about it he seems ok with it. Though I don’t know if that’ll change when we actually live together I doubt it because he knows if he tries anything I cave his face in with my fists.
