For the rest of your comment; It depends if you spend your crystals smartly. Your best bet is not spending a single crystal you get until legfest (happens at the end of every month) because SSR rates get doubled to 6%.

Alternatively wait till you get 90k crystals, wait for legfest, roll all those crystals* till you get 300 sparks then spend said sparks on a guaranteed SSR. Though a couple things: 1) You can’t hoard sparks between month 2)You need to spend them all at once 3)You may have/want to wait till a character you like/want shows up in Legfest.

*Bonus you’ll probably roll at least 1-2 SSR characters with all those crystals.
