To people who preordered the new xiv artbook: were you charged on the spot for it? Because I went to preorder thinking I had time until it shipped to get funds but I got charged the full amount through PayPal on the spot
I have .22 cents in my account. Why the hell was I charged if it was a preorder. Im gonna get over drafted for this nonsense lol. I cancelled the order when I saw I got charged.
I actually got charge right away too.
