More than likely someone in your IP address range got themselves banned. I saw that message once a long time ago. After a while you'll probably get a new ip block (as in a range of addresses) and you can return to frog worshipping goodness and caturday.
I don’t particularly care because I don’t use 4chan unless I’m linked to something from a friend.
