It is pretty complicated. I used the Granblue Fantasy Ultimate Guide when I started but it’s probably too complicated for a beginner.

There is this Condensed Beginner Guide too. I never used it but it might be helpful for you. You can also search ‘gbf beginner guide’ and look at the other results.
