Like, okay, I can suspend my disbelief and say yeah Arturia was forced to live as a man because nobody would ever respect a woman as the king of England, but Nasu really expects me to believe she's name her daughter Mordred, or that Nero Claudius Germanicus Caesar as actually a woman the entire time?
Mordred was named by her mother (Morgan le Fay) and raised as a male.
Nero is just nonsensical wank on TM’s/Nasu’s part and, honestly, is the worst saberface.
