Have you ever slept on your arm wrong and woken up to it being completely numb? That’s happen to me a few times. Scares me so badly since it’s always my dominant arm and it’s so numb that I can’t feel it or move it at all...

I’ve never done that to the point I can’t move my arm. I have done it to the point I can’t feel it tho.

I do that too my hands a lot too. A week or so ago I messed up my hand so much it lasted a couple days (because I kept sleeping on it) and took a day (and a night of not sleeping on it) for it to fully recover.
