That’s not entirely accurate anymore. PC is growing in popularity japan (probably in part thanks to the popularity of meme games like Getting Over It). And Japanese companies, like Square Enix, Bamco, Capcom, Koei Tecmo, Marvelous (Xseed), Idea Factory and NIS have been supporting PC for a while now.
