My biggest problem with Ichigo right now isn't that her actions weren't justified, it's that her motives for those actions were entirely selfish. If she really wanted to protect Hiro while respecting his wishes she would have allowed him to see 02 under supervision from the beginning. She wants Hiro to herself though, and damn anyone else, so she behaves in a way that only benefits herself and not the squad as a whole.
She wasn’t selfish at the start of the episode. 002 tried to kill/saurify Hiro. She wasn’t afraid to harm her own squad members either (she injured Ichigo’s arms after all). It’s not really selfish of her to not want them to be anywhere near each other especially after she [002] admits she doesn’t care about the squad.
Now the ending, yeah, she was being selfish.
