Eh, Naomi is wild card. We know nothing about her and she’s probably dead. Though, it’d make sense for a test that they’d make sure all the kids even Naomi was but I could see her just being “filler” too cuz it’s obvious at the start their plan was just to keep throwing pistils at hiro till one stuck.
