Yeah they pretty clearly intentionally designed Mordred to be fairly androgynous. She's like opposite Astolfo.

Outside of the armor? No, they didn’t. She wears short shorts and a crop top in her casual outfit, and she’s always looked like Saber. Even back when people wanted to believe she was a boy and had not god awful armor.
