doubt there will be a sequel, all the other aliens from other trigger shows didn't really die (kill la kill, the anti spiral, neon genesis)
AnonymousTwo of those are gainax shows. Though, they sort of sequel baited at the end of the show so it’s a shrug. I can see them not continuing it. Depends how well it sells in the end.
