So its been 1 year, 3 months and 25 days since Kemono Friends season 2 announcement and there hasnt been any news since. Do you think they silently axed the anime due to the director controversy or Yaoyorozu is just being lazy?
AnonymousWell, the only people being lazy would be Kadokawa. I doubt they axed it because I believe right now Kemono Friends is one of their top IPs.
Yaoyorozu isn’t working with Kadokawa anymore on Kemono Friend. IIRC it is Tatsuki’s studio.
It’s probably already in the works it’s just whatever studio they shopped it to is busy with other projects. There is also a movie that was announce and there was nothing said about that for a while either last I heard.
