There’s also jealousy to a degree. People hating others in the server because they’re there, and the server is often locked. Plus there are also those that are annoyed with the economy. Large server, generally cheaper prices. Makes it easier for others to buy stuff and some feel that it devalues things if you’re only spending 5m on a rare item instead of 30m.

I think that’s a really small issue. While I don’t doubt there are a lot of people who are mad they aren’t on balmung. I think the amount of people who are indifferent to it are much greater than those who really want to be on the server. Especially in the rise of alternative RP servers.

I don’t think the rare item thing is really a thing. Because most items become cheaper several months/patches down the line and even on balmung new items are pretty expensive.

But yeah, it’s a minority that gets upset about that stuff, but has still been just enough for me to take notice. x.x
