Eh, I’m sorta teeter on mid line of if they would count as monster girls or not. People tend to use it to mean anything non-human even if they look mostly human.

Honestly, I barely consider the ears/tail variety of animal girls (i.e. your typical generic cat girl) as monster girls either.
