So my theory regarding parasites (in darlifra) is that they’re mostly born artificially but some are taken from other parasites who got pregnant. I think Squad 13 is a case of this. We know Zorome is the child of the adult woman in the town. Who I’m pretty confident after ep17 was a parasite pilot along with her husband.
She got pregnant and Zorome was taken away from her.
I think it should be important to point out that 002 leaving isn’t Ichigo’s fault. She was going to leave regardless of what Ichigo did or didn’t say.
Hiro can’t ride with 002 anymore.
I still see people who think Zero Two cares for Hiro. She doesn’t. She only cares about her Darling.
Who is Hiro. But, she doesn’t know that.
It’S (tragically) IRONIC.

I’m surprised there are still people who haven’t realized the reason for the male/female pairs in Darlifra is because only females can connect (read: activate) the Franxx.
Having two women pilot a Franxx would be wasteful because that’s 1 less Franxx they’d have on the field. And, two males couldn’t get the thing moving at all.
As for why a pair instead of a solo pilot it’s because while they can activate and somewhat move the Franxx (002 is the mostly the exception) it’s too much strain to move them on their own especially during a battle. The guys purpose is to pilot the franxx so the girl’s can focus on connecting with it.
