No you see. Rate up is completely accurate but people always forget the desire sensor check. That shit’s as complicated as the algorithm used to determine if you caught a Pokemon or not.
They do legally have to publish the drop rates in Japan & China (and probably Korea). Though, it wasn’t until recently they actually have to give the % on your chance of getting an item that’s rated up or not.

Man, the worst thing about the one design only rule for the gear design contest is I’m second guessing every design I come up with because I only get to submit one and flip-flopping back and forth between if I should submit a melee or ranged design… ;_;
