Sure its possible, however the nude tights things HAS been a thing people have done since 1.0 and thats exactly probably what is. Ontop of that even mods that havent been released yet tend to get heard about pretty quick by people finding screenshots and asking. So given the two options we have, with the knowledge while the modding community has grown its still fairly small compared to the, I’m betting its someone who honestly isnt modding and is simply using nude tights
