Since I’m happy that my darling Gil-kun finally has his own bond CE, I’ll be nice and translate the new 10.
Spartacus - When equipped on Spartacus (Berserker), applies guts to him (50% HP refill) for 1 turn
Erik - When equipped on Erik (Berserker), when he’s on the field the whole team’s critical damage is increased by 25%
Darius III - When equipped on Darius III (Berserker), when he’s on the field the whole team’s buster effectiveness is increased by 15%
David - When equipped on David (Archer), his own NP damage is increased by 30% and his attacks now include a 10% chance of instakill
Lily - When equipped on Artoria (Lily), when she’s on the field then the whole team’s attack and star rate are increased by 10%
Stheno - When equipped on Stheno (Assassin), when she’s on the field then the whole team’s quick effectiveness is increased by 15%
Siegfried - When equipped on Siegfried (Saber), when he’s on the field then the whole team’s NP fill rate is increased by 15%
Nero - When equipped on Nero (Saber), when she’s on the field then the whole team’s arts effectiveness is increased by 15%
Kintoki - When equipped on Kintoki (Berserker), his own NP damage is increased by 30% and his attacks have a 30% chance of increasing his NP charge by 5%
Gilgamesh - When equipped on Gilgamesh (Archer), his own NP damage is increased by 30% and his attacks have a 30% chance of increasing his critical damage by 10% for 3 turns
Assassin (Shuten-dōji)
A mythical oni that lived atop the mountain of Ooe, near Kyoto. According to at least one legend, Shuten was the child of the famous Yamata no Orochi, after it had fled after it’s crushing defeat at the hands of Susanoo.
It was said that Shuten was so pretty, that all the girls flocked around him with piles of love letters which he burned. The smoke from these letters enveloped him and he transformed into an oni. It was also told that any woman who approached him would be cursed to die.
Another tale tells, that whilst out-drinking every person at a festival, he placed a mask over his head and found he could not remove it, thus transforming into a monster.
He was close friends with Ibaraki-doji but some speculate that Ibaraki was actually female and also his lover. Shuten was also one of the three most evil Youkai in Japan along with the ghost of Emperor Sutoku and the kitsune Tamamo no Mae.
He and his allies settled upon Ooe and devoured the flesh of noble maidens, until he was beheaded by the great Minamoto no Yorimitsu who had drugged his alcohol.
