No you see. Rate up is completely accurate but people always forget the desire sensor check. That shit’s as complicated as the algorithm used to determine if you caught a Pokemon or not.
They do legally have to publish the drop rates in Japan & China (and probably Korea). Though, it wasn’t until recently they actually have to give the % on your chance of getting an item that’s rated up or not.

See the only Fate/whatever fuckery that gets me is Nero or Mordred, or any other servant that's clearly female that they left with a male name. Like, okay, I can suspend my disbelief and say yeah Arturia was forced to live as a man because nobody would ever respect a woman as the king of England, but Nasu really expects me to believe she's name her daughter Mordred, or that Nero Claudius Germanicus Caesar as actually a woman the entire time?
Mordred was named by her mother (Morgan le Fay) and raised as a male.
Nero is just nonsensical wank on TM’s/Nasu’s part and, honestly, is the worst saberface.

One of the worst things about the new houses is you can't log out right outside the plot you want because all other wards other than 1 are inaccessible. There's a very real possibility of the housing instances crashing tomorrow when people try to rush to get what they want.
Well, even if they were accessible I was told SE plans to kick everyone out of the wards anyways.
So, yeah, I do expect a housing instance crash on Balmung at least.
